• Students received college scholarships totaling over $3,400,000.00
• Academic bars were awarded to over 266 current 10th – 12th graders earning 3.5 or higher GPA
• 60% of graduating class earned a state scholarship; Six students earned Palmetto Fellows Scholarships and 105 earned Life Scholarships
• 40 students made All-County Band
• 13 students were selected for All-Region Band
• Band earned a Superior Rating at Upper-State competition and qualified for state band competition for the second consecutive year; finished seventh overall
• WOHS Jazz Band earned Superior Ratings at the SCBDA State Jazz Festival
• Roman Holder, a WOHS sophomore, was invited to play saxophone at a prestigious concert at Carnegie Hall
• Nine students were selected for All-County Orchestra
• 26 chorus members were selected for All-County Chorus
• Two chorus students qualified and participated in the All-State Choral Clinic and Concert
• WOHS Theater classes produced two performances: Mystery Dinner Theatre and Beauty and the Beast
• One student’s art work was displayed at The BRAC Show

• T-Warriors attended the “Tim Tebow Night to Shine” Prom
• An episode of Fishing University on the Outdoor Channel was filmed at WOHS
• Dakota Bryson placed second in State Trap Shooting competition
• 53 students participated in NHS
• 116 students participated in Beta Club
• 115 students participated in community service projects sponsored by Interact Club
• 115 students participated in FFA, which sponsored the Carolina Foothills Heritage Fair
• JROTC members participated in Drill Team and Raider Team competitions and also planned the school’s Veteran’s Day Celebration
• Student government sponsored two blood drives and joined with JROTC to collect toys for Toys for Tots
• School had 29 South Carolina High School League Scholar Athletes
• Students won individual state championships in weight lifting and wrestling
